Community Guidelines

• Nomadify is not a dating app. It's for travelers meeting travelers, planning activities, and having a better time on the road. Don't treat it like a hookup platform.
• Communicate respectfully. No harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threats — direct or implied, online or in person.
• Zero tolerance for hate speech. Content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease is not welcome. Ever.
• Be authentic. No fake profiles, no impersonation, no pretending to be someone you're not.
• Keep it clean. No explicit, vulgar, or sexually suggestive content in profiles, bios, messages, or activity posts.

The following will get your account removed, no warning needed:

• Violence, threats of violence, stalking, or sexual misconduct of any kind.
• Sexual or pornographic content — photos, videos, descriptions, requests, or links.
• Anything involving anyone under 18. Nomadify is strictly 18+.
• Illegal activity, including the sale, distribution, or coordinated use of illegal drugs.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, romance scams, “investment” pitches, crypto pumps, or requests for money in any form (cash, gift cards, transfers, crypto).
• Commercial or promotional spam, lead generation, MLM recruiting, or using Nomadify as an advertising channel without our written permission.
• Bulk, low-effort “hi / hey / hello” messaging across many people with no real intent to plan an activity together.
• Self-harm content, graphic violence, gore, or content promoting weapons.
• Bots, scraping, automated accounts, or using a VPN to evade a block, ban, or rate limit.

• Use a real photo of yourself — clearly recognisable, not a celebrity, group shot, cartoon, or AI avatar of someone else.
• You must be 18 or older to have an account.
• Use your real name. No aliases designed to hide who you are.
• Don't put sensitive information in your bio — phone number, home address, ID numbers, bank or payment details, or anything you wouldn't want a stranger reading.

• Protect your privacy. Don't share — or pressure others to share — personal contact info, addresses, ID numbers, or financial details.
• Don't post your detailed travel itinerary or exactly where you're staying. Be vague until you trust someone.
• Nomadify will never ask you for financial information in chats or anywhere else. Anyone claiming to be us and asking for money or payment details is impersonating us — report them.
• Keep activity planning in the app. Moving to off-platform tools right away is one of the most common scam patterns and makes it harder for us to help if something goes wrong.

• Activities are 18+ only. Don't bring or invite minors.
• Obey local laws — including those around alcohol, substances, public conduct, and gatherings. What's legal in one city isn't in another.
• Meet in public and tell a friend your plans — where you're going, who you're meeting, when you expect to be back.
• If you create an activity, give accurate details: place, time, cost, vibe, any requirements. Misleading posts will be removed.
• If you can't make it, cancel early. Repeated no-shows or last-minute drop-outs may lead to a suspension.
• Split your own bills. Nomadify doesn't process payments between members. Sort out food, tickets, taxis, and tabs directly with the people you meet.
• AI suggestions are a starting point, not a guarantee. Verify opening hours, prices, and safety conditions independently before committing.
• Nomadify isn't responsible for in-person conduct or outcomes of activities organised through the app. You meet and participate at your own risk. Use the Safety Tips.

• In an emergency, contact your local emergency services first — not Nomadify.
• You can block any member from their profile or from inside a chat. Blocking cuts off contact immediately.
• Blocking doesn't auto-report. If someone is breaking these guidelines, also use the in-app report flow so our team can review and act.
• Don't misuse blocking or reporting to harass other members, silence legitimate disagreement, or game the system. Coordinated false reports are themselves a violation.
